    Are you having problems getting your infusion claims paid, or a denial overturned that was submitted correctly? A good resource for your commercial plans is the insurance commissioner for your state.
    I have personally had to use our commissioner for numerous claims that were denied 2nd level appeal, the insurance commissioner fought for us and get the claim paid correctly.
