Thank you for being a vendor at our conference in Atlanta, GA September 15-17, 2022

About the Exhibit Hall

Breakfast, breaks and lunch each day are in the exhibit hall.  You must plan to have representative(s) in the exhibit hall during breakfast, breaks and lunch on Friday and Saturday. We will have a trailmap to encourage attendees to visit with our vendors, and someone will need to be at your booth to participate. The exhibit hall is open throughout the meeting however we only require that booths be staffed during the specified times.

The exhibit hall is located in the Marquis Ballroom inside the Marriot Marquis in Atlanta, GA.

5:30am – 6:15am Exhibit Hall Set-Up & Registration
6:30am – 8:00am Breakfast

4:15pm Exhibit Hall closes

NORM’s contacts are provided access to the Cvent Exhibitor Management Portal in early August. This is where all representatives must be registered for the conference.

Shipping & Booth Supplies Information

NORM will be working with GES this year for the trade show and shipping/receiving of your materials for the conference.

Shipping And Receiving Information

GES is a one-stop-shop for all your exhibitor needs, let them handle all your shipping needs. GES will accept crated, boxed or skidded material beginning 30 days from move-in. Materials shipped to the advanced warehouse should arrive on business days. Warehouse receiving hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and holidays. Use the information below when shipping.

Please note: Shipments arriving before Thursday, August 11, 2022 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Friday, September 9, 2022 may incur an additional charge.

Exhibit table/booth numbers have been shared with NORM’s contact. They are necessary to order additional items for your booth and to ship items to the hotel.

An email containing the link to register for the conference and make your hotel reservations will be shared with NORM’s contact at each organization. NORM’s guestroom block closes on August 19, 2022. Please do not call the hotel and book rooms. The registration system will collect the names of attendees as well as allow you to make hotel reservations.
